Recipe Day: Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hi everyone!  Today is a recipe day.  I am terrible at writing recipes and typically fling things together in a bowl, but I wrote this one out for you all.  Note: I am not a food blogger and do not have nutrition information etc., because I like to eat my cookies in peace and not counting calories.  Without further ado, here is the recipe.  Enjoy!
